Status message

Thank you for your interest in the National Isotope Development Center's actinium-225 allocation request. We kindly request that you complete all required information in the form below. The deadline for submission is October 15, 2026.

NOTE:  All 2027 supply agreements will include a take-or-pay clause for any activity that is not accepted by the Buyer, as specified in the supply agreement.  This take-or-pay provision will only be for activity; the Buyer will not be invoiced for the dispensing/packaging/handling fee associated with a cancelled order.  This provision does not apply when the Seller is required to cancel an order due to circumstances attributable to the Seller.
